PROVINCETOWN — Work has stopped at a controversial condominium complex following complaints that the structure exceeds the town’s height restriction by more than 2 feet.
The development at 350 Bradford St. has not been popular from the beginning, when it was first proposed as a 24-unit complex including six units of affordable housing. The density of the development on barely an acre of land caused outrage in the neighborhood. So the developer, Christopher Wise, reduced it to 13 units in seven buildings without any affordable housing.
