    Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum is hosting a Carnival Pre-Parade Beats On The Hill, high above the chaos of Commercial Street so you can move and groove overlooking Provincetown Harbor before heading down the monument to see the parade, which should roll through the center of town at about 4pm.
