After years of dreaming and planning, we’re finally setting the table on Provincetown’s iconic MacMillan Pier. With the harbor as our backdrop and fishing boats swaying nearby, this feast celebrates everything that makes P-town extraordinary. Chef Katherine Dufault of The Canteen will lead the kitchen, crafting a menu that showcases the best of the season—local produce, vibrant flavors, and the freshest catch from the waters just steps away. At the heart of it all are Kalliope and Mike Chute of Mermaid Menu, passionate stewards of Cape Cod’s fishing heritage and sustainable seafood. They’ll share stories from the sea and the fruits of their labor—including their beautifully raised oysters, which we’ll enjoy fresh at the table. This long table by the water kicks off Carnival week in true Provincetown style—a joyful gathering of food, community, and coastal magic.
