PROVINCETOWN — A former New York library director has accepted the top position at Provincetown Public Library.

Amy Raff, who begins work March 1, has nearly 20 years of public library experience, according to a statement from Town Manager David Panagore.

Raff was most recently director of the Howland Public Library in Beacon, New York, and worked as library director in Woodstock, New York, for over 15 years.
