KC Meyers of the Cape Cod Times reports the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday refused to overturn a stop-work order on a condominium development that is midway through construction at 350 Bradford Street.

Christopher Wise, who is in the process of building 13 condominiums that would sell for between $659,000 and $1.1 million each, will now file plans to finish the buildings with pitched roofs. That will allow the buildings to go higher than the developer’s original proposal, but stay within the more generous height allowances for pitched roofs, said Lester J. Murphy, Wise’s attorney.
