Relax. Reflect. Renew. Be inspired. The fifth annual Inspiration Weekend is an immersive three-day experience filled with music, spoken word, poetry, dance, healing arts, and informative workshops for spiritual development. This year’s theme is Fierce Love. In light of the social and political climate, many people are having difficulties with anger, fear, and resentment. Believing that love is more powerful than hatred, fierce love invites us to take inspired action toward what we want—rather than spending all our energy protesting what we don’t want.

Find plenty of sales up and down the shops of Commercial Street as well as at residences all over town. Don’t miss this opportunity to make one person’s trash your new treasure. Who knows what you might find?

This gala is PAAM’s largest fundraising event of the year, and for good reason! Celebrate PAAM in style with a catered dinner, and help PAAM honor artists and supporters for their work and dedication. This year the theme is “Color Outside The Lines,” and PAAM will be honoring those who govern the association, compose the collections, teach the classes, and form its lifeblood. Through a variety of media, they enlighten, educate, and inspire. This event is a great opportunity to show your support and have a terrific time doing it. There’s even a gala after-party from 8-11pm at the Bas-Relief park, where you can dance the night away!

One of the oldest and largest lesbian events in the country, Provincetown’s Women’s Week fills the town with women: comedians, musicians, DJs, performers, and—naturally—attendees. There’s a special clambake, a couple of dune tours, and a lot of great shows. Comedy offerings include town favorite Kate Clinton (Knock, Knock! It’s the Zombie Apocalypse!) as well as Julie Goldman, Vickie Shaw, and Karen Williams; they’re joined by musicians Julie Wheeler, Karen Greiner, and Suede. Onward to the Wonder Woman party, the Ghost Tour, the Steam party, the scavenger hunt, and Women’s Week’s version of Idol. And of course there’s outrageous dancing and clubbing every night!
