Provincetown, MA, May 9, 2017: The 2017 ptownie guide to “everything Provincetown” is now available online, publisher Michael Miller announced today.

The guide—created by the ptownie staff, all of whom live year-round on the outer Cape—is first of all a way for visitors to organize their vacation. “People want to come to Ptown to have fun, and they can’t do that if they’re dealing with the minutiae of where the animal hospital is or whether a given restaurant takes reservations,” says Miller. “We wanted to take the stress out of figuring that all out so they can just relax and have a good time.”

Need to get some cash? The guide lists ATM locations. Want to get a massage? The guide tells you how. Need to get around? The guide recommends bicycles and points to rental locations. It even offers advice for what to do all day, from morning yoga to late-night pizza…and everything in between.

While some of the venues highlighted are aimed primarily at gay men, the guide has something in it for everyone and solves such mundane problems as finding a pet-sitter, how to get a bonfire permit, and where the nearest lavatory is located.

ptownie’s 2017 guide is interactive, with clickable links offering readers as much additional information as they need. Whether visitors are coming for a day, a week, or the whole season, the guide has what they need. The best part? It’s a free download at 2017 ptownie.com!

“We really just want people to relax and enjoy themselves,” says Miller. “The whole ptownie approach is that we’re a community, we look out for each other. We care about part-time ptownies, and want them to have the best vacation experience possible.”
