Additionally, our cleaning company, Smart Living, has made us aware of their newly adopted policy to strictly adhere to the recommended CDC guidelines with regards to cleaning. These include adhering to a full 5 hour clean of the house between guests, properly disinfecting linens, sheets, and towels with hot water and bleach, and providing extra cleaning with alcohol/bleach-based products on all high touch areas, such as remotes, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, etc.

The shady back yard is an inviting place to spend the afternoon or evening BBQ's.

The harbor beach is directly across the street with deeded access. Guests can access the beach for walks and swimming anytime and can set out chairs and blankets at low tide. Off street parking for one car in the driveway.

Two of the bathrooms have just been renovated with top-of-the-line Restoration Hardware fixtures and the claw-foot tubs beautifully re-finished. Fresh paint and bead board all in keeping with the historical integrity of this very special home.
