There are 3 bedrooms, (2 with en suite bathrooms & king size beds, the third with a queen bed & its own bathroom), all with wonderful water views. All linens, comforters, towels and beach towels provided, granite vanities in the bathrooms, walk-in closet. Full Cable package. The dining room table seats 8.

Walk to the bay & beach across the street in a minute! The shops, restaurants, cafes & art galleries in the center of town are a walk down Commercial Street. For quieter evenings, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or outdoor gas barbeque. The deck & large surrounding outdoor space is just the place for a relaxing drink with friends. With hardwood floors throughout and stylish interior design that includes contemporary furniture, romantic lighting and local sculpture and artwork, this easy living house embraces the carefree elegance of summer at the beach.

WiFi, high speed internet, CD/radio, 300+ channels on the TV and DVD all add to your enjoyment.

Lean back in the loungers under the pine trees in the beautiful large yard or have breakfast on the deck. Bring out your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen (or on the outdoor grill), or choose from the excellent restaurants Provincetown has to offer. Lobsters at home or in town – the choice is yours. Ride your bike on the trails through the dunes, or kayak and swim in the bay. Whether you walk to the tennis courts or the town, P-town has something for everyone.

With air conditioning units to all rooms plus ceiling fans upstairs, life at the beach couldn't be better. Enjoy sweeping views of the bay from all the rooms. Everything is there for you – just bring your clothes!

The two first floor bedrooms each have their own separate entrances from outside, for added privacy and comfort. Slip out for your early morning walk without disturbing anyone else. From cork screw to electric kettle and all in between, our attention to detail ensures your comfort and enjoyment. Please note that we do not rent to people under the age of 30.

This house can be combined with our fabulous waterfront house opposite (see ID #7160 – The Most Famous House in Provincetown) to accommodate 13 people for your family vacation or reunion (subject to availability).
