    Pilgrim Monument Lighting

    October 21, 2022

The 2022 Annual Lighting will take place on Friday, November 11 at 6:00 p.m.

There will not be an in-person event at the Pilgrim Monument this year, but we encourage everyone to get Loud for the Lights when they come on!

Each year, PMPM lights the Pilgrim Monument to commemorate the landing of the Mayflower Pilgrims in Provincetown Harbor. Individuals and organizations can choose a specific time frame or level to support the lighting.

Your contribution to this event helps shine a light on the amazing work and perseverance of PMPM. The monument is an icon in our community. Standing tall for everything our town represents: Tolerance, Acceptance, Justice, and Equality. A symbol to the world and a reminder of Provincetown’s prominent place in American History.
