Join us Thanksgiving morning for the 11th Annual Provincetown Pilgrim 5K Trot, a fundraiser for Helping Our Women (HOW) sponsored by Seamen’s Bank. This event is a fun run and walking community event for all people and pets (costumes encouraged). The race course begins at the Sandcastle Resort and Club and heads down Commercial Street to PAAM, where you might see a Pilgrim, then turn around and head back to the Sandcastle Resort and Club.

For 30 years, HOW has built a strong system of supportive services to meet the needs and empower women with chronic, life threatening or disabling medical conditions living in Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, and Eastham.  HOW also provides advocacy, referrals, and resources to all community members.
