Join us on Sunday, February 4th from 3 – 5 pm at Truro Vineyards for a hands-on cheese making workshop with Cheese Making Class with Sadie Hill! In this 2 hour long workshop you will learn all about making Brie and Camembert in your very own home, and focus in on the decadent world of bloomy rind cheeses. The class covers: where to source your ingredients and equipment, the cheesemaking process, and aging your cheese to perfection. A nibble board will also be provided to enhance your understanding of different styles of bloomy rind cheeses!
Tickets are $85/ person ($15 deposit is required to hold your seat & the remaining $70 will be collected that evening.)
