Boston-based band Couch with Alisa Amador infuses pop with vibrant funk, rock, and R&B/soul– and they’re bringing their big energy sound to Payomet Tent on Thursday, July 18.

Until Spring 2021, Couch members, with their backgrounds in jazz, a cappella, and musical theater– were scattered across the country at various universities, and adpated well at being a “long-distance” band, writing and even recording virtually for three years. Despite these challenges, they celebrated the release of their debut albulm a few years ago, as well as three new singles and a headline tour. The last year took them on an eponymous 20-city national tour, including performances at Boston Calling and Levitate Fest, and a sold-out UK tour.
