    Pilgrim Monument Re-Opens
    March 10, 2021

    When: April 1, 2022, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

About: Come celebrate the re-opening of the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum! The 252-foot monument was built in 1907 to commemorate the Mayflower Pilgrims’ first landing in the New World in Provincetown. Three years later, the Cape’s first building built to house a museum opened at the base of the monument, to educate the public about Provincetown’s role in Pilgrim history and American history. And they’re to just for tourists! Come and learn about the history of our town and check out the springtime beauty of the Outer Cape!

The opening of the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum is a sure sign that Spring is here.
