    Local 186 Pub Cheese

    Ingredients:
     

    • 16 oz cream cheese
    • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    • 3 1/2 ounces PBR
    • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
    • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

     
    Process:
     

    • Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
    • Combine ingredients in a food processor and mix until creamy.
    • Best enjoyed on a burger with onion strings.
