    Provincetown Food & Wine Festival

    October 15, 2024

The Provincetown Food & Wine Festival is celebrating its fourth year in Provincetown, MA from November 7-10. Events held throughout town at a variety of venues.

We turn the spotlight on to restaurants and hospitality in this celebratory event. A wide range of patrons attend from locals to day-trippers as well as those looking for something unique for a fall getaway. This year, Veteran’s Day falls on Monday, Nov. 11th so we encourage all those to extend their visits. When looking to travel to Provincetown we suggest Bay State Cruise Company’s limited fall schedule. If you plan to drive into town, remember, parking is free this time of year!

Thursday starts it off with restaurants in full swing. Some will have Prix Fixe, while others have set times for wine dinners. Bookings to all our restaurant events are directly through the venue. Some are using RESY while others are booking via telephone. You may choose
your favorites or try something new!

Friday afternoon is the Arts & Wine Gallery stroll. From 1pm-4pm walk to our participating galleries for complimentary wines. To makes things easier, the Mayflower Trolley Company will be offering complimentary shuttle service so that you can hit all galleries from the East End to the Center of Town. This event sponsored in part by our friends at Cape Cod 5 Bank. Following the stroll, we have several wine tasting receptions throughout town before your Wine Dinner plans. Be sure to stop into Shipwreck Lounge Friday night for music, snacks and champagne hosted by Veuve Clicquot.

Saturday afternoon is our biggest event. The Grand Tasting at Town Hall. From 1pm-4pm the auditorium offers over 250 wines to sample with some tasting treats. Tickets are available for purchase on our website. $75/guest. Must be 21 or older to attend.

There will be live entertainment throughout the festival at many different venues, cocktail receptions and even Town Hall where Payomet is hosting a musical performance by Lisa Fischer & Grand Baton at 7:30pm on Saturday evening. Tickets available via payomet.org.

Sunday is a full day of events from brunches, the annual Pie Competition at The Commons, and Last Tea at the Boatslip.

With so many days of events, we encourage all those visitors to take advantage of shoulder season rates and discounted specials at our sponsoring Guest Houses, Inns & Resorts. Rooms as low as $125/night are available but going fast. Check our website and click the
    links for exceptional savings.

The success of this festival only comes from our gracious sponsors and contributors. The Provincetown Food & Wine Festival sponsored in part by the Provincetown Tourism Fund, with generous contributions from our partnering wine distributors, suppliers and producers listed on our site.
