Provincetown’s White Party will be entering its 34th year in 2022. It is held on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The event celebrates the Provincetown community with a cocktail and “resourceful, wonderful white” white clothing. After a two year hiatus, due to COVID-19 … The White Party is back!
The Swim for Life’s essence embodies Provincetown as a place of healing and compassion. We celebrate our community as one that not only cares about our local health and well-being, but also about Planet Earth, which faces unparalleled environmental challenges. Provincetown is a spiritual home to people across the globe. A place of hope and promise. Swimmers have come from France, Bulgaria, Australia, Mexico, Spain, UK, Canada and beyond to our healing waters.
The Provincetown Harbor event is a 1.2 mile swim along the shallow East End shoreline; we also sponsor a Swim in Wellfleet’s Great Pond – 1 mile.
From humble beginnings over 30 years ago, the Cape Cod Classic, held annually in Provincetown, MA, has grown to become NGPA’s flagship East Coast event. This beautiful and intimate setting provides the perfect backdrop to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and bond over our common love of aviation.
Each fall we host an invitational in Provincetown at Yankee Lambda Car Show. The public is invited to come look at the cars. This year’s show will be September 16-18, 2022, and is titled Wicked Piston. We feature creative categories for the cars, and encourage costumes at our awards banquet.
The Yankee Chapter is a region of Lambda Car Club International. Founded in 1981, LCCI now boasts over 2,200 members in 32 local chapters from coast-to-coast in both the United States and Canada. All members share the same passion for all things automotive that you do!
Lambda Car Club International started as the Gay Old Car Owners Society based in New York City. Since then, Lambda has kept expanding through local and invitational events with people like you.
Ownership of a classic car is not required. You do not even have to own a vehicle, just the passion for anything automotive. If you are looking for a great way to be social within the LGBTQ community, this is the place for you and that passion for your automotive interests.
Provincetown Classic Women Flag Football Tournament. All skill levels are welcome! In order to participate and learn more information please visit the website. We invite local women, and travel teams to compete in our annual IWFFA-Ptown Classic Women Flag Football Tournament.

Friday Registration Party – 8 PM – 10PM @ Way Down Town
Saturday Night Party – 9PM @ Underground Bar
Sunday Awards – The Club (Lea Delaria owns) immediately after championship game
Monday – Free Bike Rental @ Bike Shack to all registered teams
The Provincetown Library host its 7th annual Provincetown Book Festival, a free literary event for all book lovers. Over the next two days, the Library lawn features a massive book sale, readings from local authors, and more.
We are looking to add to our Annual Harbor to the Bay Ride team and whether you are an avid cyclist or not, you can join in on the fun!

CASAS Animal Shelter hosts Pet Appreciation Week will include the annual Blessing of the Animals at the Church of Saint Mary of the Harbor, the Commercial Street Pet Parade and the Boat-slip “Pet Tea” where guests will be celebrating the special edition brew featuring the winning pet on the label! In addition to being featured on the label of a Provincetown Brewing Co. special edition brew, the winning pet will also be included in publicity and promotional materials surrounding pet appreciation week.
Our 17th Season features a lineup of plays, all by Tennessee Williams, the first time since 2006 we’ve presented All-Williams.
The season is called Tutti Frutti Tennessee Williams, meaning all flavors of Williams – tutti! From the 1930s to the 1980s, every decade that Williams wrote, from his crowd-pleasing Broadway hits to his radical writing – early and late – that continues to challenge audiences to savor, as Williams put it “the strange, the crazed, the queer.”
