    Cape Cod Classic

    September 17 – 20, 2026 Throughout Provincetown

    From humble beginnings over 30 years ago, the Cape Cod Classic, held annually in Provincetown, MA, has grown to become NGPA’s flagship East Coast event. This beautiful and intimate setting provides the perfect backdrop to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and bond over our common love of aviation.

    Provincetown Classic Women Flag Football Tournament

    September 18 – 21, 2026 Throughout Provincetown

    IWFFA is the a International Women’s Flag Football Association! This is an opportunity for local women and traveling teams to compete in the annual IWFFA-Provincetown Classic Women Flag Football Tournament. All skill levels are welcome!     September 25 – 27, 2026 at Provincetown Library

    The 10th Annual Provincetown Book Festival celebrates the written word with a weekend of literary events bringing together readers, writers, authors, and book lovers at the Provincetown Library. Come discover new voices, fresh ideas, and plenty of good reads in the heart of Provincetown.

    Autocrat

    September 25 & 26, 2026 at The Provincetown Theater

    Provincetown Theater returns Autocrat by Cody Sullivan follows twin cops and their twin nephews on Bring your Kids to Work day. One of the brothers, Farcus, has just arrested three citizens protesting the purchase of the Autocrat Coffee Syrup company by Amazon. Marcus questions the legality and morality of the arrest. We see the cops and their nephews question the bonds of family, the need to survive, and whether to listen to that aching moral pit in your stomach when you question if what you’re doing is right.

    CASAS Pet Appreciation Day

    September 26, 2026 at Throughout Provincetown

    CASAS Pet Appreciation Day brings Provincetown’s pet-loving community together for an afternoon celebrating our four-legged friends while supporting the Carrie A. Seaman Animal Shelter, Provincetown’s no-kill shelter. From a special blessing to a Commercial Street parade and Pet Tea, it’s a favorite day for pets and their people. Paws, blessings, a parade, and tea—only in Provincetown.

    Up, Up & Away: Winter Flights Return to Provincetown

    Just when you thought winter in Provincetown meant choosing between Route 6 and staying put, there’s another option back on the departure board: Cape Air is returning to Provincetown this winter. After two winters without off-season commercial air service, Cape Air will once again connect Provincetown Municipal Airport with Boston Logan from November 4, 2026, through May 12, 2027, with four round-trip flights each week.
