2022 in Review

This month the full data for 2022 is available and it is only a pretty picture if you are selling a property on the Outer Cape. See the below for the full YOY statistics, but here is the summary. Inventory is way down, prices are up, and the market is steady. The interest rate hike has not had an impact YET. I am not sure it will….but that is speculation. Numbers don’t lie.

4 Upper Miller Hill Road, Unit 2

This is a CONDO, not a single family home and therefore comes with the typical issues you have with condominiums. This certainly needs work and patience but there is real value. One of my favorite streets in Provincetown.
