Trans Week, previously known as Fantasia Fair, is a week-long transgender event held every October in the fishing and LGBT resort village of Provincetown, Massachusetts, on the very tip of Cape Cod. The first Fair was held in 1975; this makes Trans Week [Fantasia Fair] the longest-running transgender event in the world. It has been and continues to be a model for other transgender conferences.

People flock from across Cape Cod to see the Fantasia Fair Follies at Provincetown’s Crown & Anchor our most popular annual event. Professionally produced with expert lighting and sound, the Fabulous Follies features some of our community’s most talented members. If you’re not performing, you’ll want to arrive early to grab a good seat. The Follies show is always a sellout!
