    Viola “Chach” Briseño began her career in San Francisco. She was a cook at the famed Stars Restaurant working with Jeremiah Tower before moving to Provincetown. After working at some of Provincetown’s best restaurants, she and her partner Sharon Bowes opened CHACH in 2005. Breakfast and brunch only in a diner-style setting. Old favorites and unique specials.

    CIRO & SAL’S consists of pasta, chicken and veal dishes inspired by old recipes, as well as fish dishes utilizing the plentiful supply of fresh local seafood. The restaurant consists of several loosely connected dining areas in a romantic brick wine cellar. With slate floors, candlelit tables and low ceilings festooned with straw-clad Chianti bottles, the restaurant exudes the romantic atmosphere of an Italian cantina. Upstairs, mirrored walls, soaring ceilings and large windows overlooking the surrounding gardens lend an air of Renaissance elegance. The adjoining bar, a charming hideaway tucked beneath the eaves of the old building is a popular gathering place.

Fanizzi’s Bayside dining room boasts 180 degree views through three walls of windows that look upon Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown Harbor, North Truro, and Truro.     The Mews Restaurant decided to pop up at 386 Commercial Street the location of the Waterford Inn and the former Spindler’s. Friends, family, and Mews staff members carried memorable Mews items down the street one tenth of a mile west to create a smaller version of the Mews Restaurant where it will be known as Mews at The Waterford opening March 1, 2024.
